Returns and exchanges

Please choose carefully and check our size guide or contact us if you have any questions regarding sizing of a specific design.
  
 
We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item/s to request a return or exchange.
 
 
We do not offer refunds for items that you wish to return unless an item is damaged or faulty.
  
 
All of our products we send out are quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible via our  Contact form or support@ulumatti.com with your order number as the email subject so we can start the return process.
    
 
*** Important: Do NOT send your item/s back to us before getting in touch with us VIA email. Items received with no information, and no email trace will be returned back to sender.
   
 
We may request photographic evidence and/or some other details regarding the faulty or damaged item. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault or damage to an item. If an item is deemed faulty we will cover all return costs and you will receive a full refund (original shipping fees inclusive).
    
 
You must return the unwanted item to us within 7 days from the date we approve the refund/exchange or the refund/exchange will be cancelled.
   
 
If an item wasn’t to your liking, we offer exchanges for sizing issues or store credit. Once we have received your item and inspected the quality of the item,  we can send out the item you have selected for an exchange or issue a store credit.
 
 
We offer store credit for any unworn swimwear and accessories, provided the following requirements are met:
 
 
  • The item/s are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging including tags, liners, size labels and eco friendly pouch. 
    • Include your order number for return/exchange.
      • Be shipped for return within 14 days of receiving your item/s.
       
      Due to health regulations, swim pieces that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. If any of the requirements are not met we have the right to refuse the return.
       
       
      All final sale items are not eligible for return. Any items that are on its final sale will have ‘Final Sale’ written in the product description in red.
        
       
      The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs - original shipping costs are non-refundable.
       
       
      We strongly advise that you use track and trace postal service for your return. We are not responsible nor liable for any return parcels that may be lost or damaged.
