Shipping and handling

Ulumatti ships internationally.

 

Please be aware there may be unexpected shipping delays due to COVID, which is out of our control.

 

International orders are delivered by registered post, shipping fees will be calculated during the checkout process. All orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days (unless stated on product information and excluding pre-orders).

 

Regarding pre-order items, information will vary and will be displayed in the description of the product. 

 

Choice of courier depends on your destination. Estimated delivery times are between 5-7 working days with DHL International, once dispatched. EMS International estimated delivery times are between 7-10 days. Additional days for the package to be passed through customs may vary with each country.

 

The buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes that may be levied on your order upon processing by customs.

 

We are unable to guarantee that you will receive your order within the expected time frame as estimated delivery times are used as a guide only. We can not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please contact us immediately via support@ulumatti.com if you notice any mistakes in your shipping information, we will be able to make alterations to your order only if it has not been shipped yet.
